Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £1.99 per order.

Orders over £35 qualify for free shipping.

Dispatch times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery

Orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by delays within the Royal Mail network.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at hello@swapto.co.uk and we’ll look into it for you.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address once the order has been dispatched.
