Swapto is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yoto.

Our products

We primarily sell pre-owned products.

We aim to describe products accurately and clearly, including their condition where relevant.

Pre-owned items may show reasonable signs of previous use.

Product photographs, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screens and the individual item supplied.

Unless we specifically state otherwise, products sold by Swapto should not be assumed to be brand new.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may occasionally need to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, is found to be damaged, or there is an error with stock information.

If this happens after you have paid, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect an order you have already placed.

The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to obvious pricing errors.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that the order has been processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable

• There is an obvious pricing or product information error

• We are unable to authorise payment

• We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

• We are unable to deliver to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

We do not directly store full payment card details.

Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs £1.99 per order.

Orders over £35 qualify for free shipping.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days and are sent using Royal Mail tracked shipping.

Delivery

Delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays within postal or courier networks.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and your rights under UK consumer law.
